Times are changing but are they for the better? Self-Isolation, Quarantine, Social-Distancing, Stay Home–words we have never used before but now have deep meaning.
A Pandemic is serious, and we MUST listen to the scientists, health-care workers, doctors, politicians, those who are working on the front lines. Does it sound as if we are at War, well we are, a War against the Corona-virus. Everyone everywhere must do their part, we must combine and conquer this threat to our World.
Grocery clerks, garage mechanics, liquor store assistants, policemen, firemen, EMT’s, those who work in high-risk jobs, and who we rely on to keep our lives progressing and comfortable. Thank them when you see them, remembering your social distancing of course.
How can we help? Keep in contact with our neighbours, ensuring they are safe. Keep in contact with our family, talking, emailing, video contact; although we can’t be with them, we can hear them.
Peace, serenity, kindness, honouring others, so many things we as individuals must practice.
We are experiencing difficult times, but if we listen to those who know, we will come through this.
STAY SAFE, STAY HOME!
