Over the past few months, I have been lucky enough to get some great photos of a few of our amazing birds ….. Bald Eagle, Trumpeter Swans — adult and juvenile, Blue Heron, Mallards and Gulls.

The long cold Winter has kept the activity high at our bird feeder. We have Northern Flickers, Stellar Jays, Red Breasted Nuthatches, Black Capped and Mountain Chickadees, Brown Creepers (not often seen in Interior), Downy Woodpeckers, Varied Thrush, Pileated Woodpecker (not frequently seen, very wary of people) and our local Red Squirrel.
