I have not been doing a lot of painting the last few months, as I have been putting in a lot of time finishing my novel. I am working on a painting right now, it is an abandoned homestead. I loved the colours absorbed by the weathered wood, and the surrounding trees and underbrush add to its loneliness. I will upload a copy of my painting once it is finished.
